 Shipping Policy: Orders are only delivered to your nominated address between Monday to Friday during business hours. Orders are generally processed  within 1-2 days of being accepted, and products are then shipped with Australian Post and Fastway Couriers. Domestic shipping generally takes 1-3 working  days after processing and international shipping generally takes 4-10 working days. We are unfortunately not responsible for any delays once the order has  been processed. Golf Mate Ebisu will not be held accountable for late deliveries of loss or damage relating to deliveries. It is the customer's responsibility for  entering an incorrect delivery address and Golf Mate Ebisu will not be held responsible for those events. Please note that the shipping fee does not include  any applicable import charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered and customers are responsible for such taxes  and duties.
